Alana Siegel was born in Los Angeles
in 1985. She graduated from Bard
College in 2007, earning her B.A.
in Language and Literature. Until
2010, she resided in the beautiful
hamlet of Barrytown. Archipelago
is her first full-length book of poetry.
Other publications include the
chapbooks The Occupations, Semata,
and Words from Ra Ra Junction.
She lives in Berkeley, California, collaborating at the burgeoning
Bay Area Public School.
