Leslie Cerier is a chef, caterer, cooking teacher, and national authority on cooking with Teff. She has written numerous articles on nutrition, cooking, and natural living for Boston Line/Personal, Natural Health, and local newspapers. She has developed recipes for the Maskel Teff company and for Dr. Gene A. Spiller’s upcoming book: Nutrition Secrets of the Ancients. She lives in Western Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.
